Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C). Gather mixing bowls and baking equipment.
  2. Separate the egg whites into a large mixing bowl, ensuring no yolks sneak in.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and cream of tartar to the egg whites. Whip on high until stiff peaks form (3–5 minutes).
  4. In another bowl, mix egg white powder, whey protein isolate, and beef gelatin powder. Sift half into the whipped egg whites and gently fold.
  5. Whip the egg yolks until creamy (2–3 minutes) and fold into the egg white mixture until uniform.
  6. Pour half the batter into a silicone loaf mold, tap to release air pockets, then add remaining batter and smooth out.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave bread inside for an additional 25–30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing (at least 30 minutes).
