- In a food processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes in the food processor.
- Grease a donut pan or use a silicone mold to ensure easy release.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mold, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top before baking.
- Place the filled mold in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the bagels cool in the mold for about 10 minutes before removing.
