  • 2 large Eggs Beat until frothy for best consistency.
  • 3 tablespoons Melted Butter Can substitute with olive oil for a dairy-free option.
For the Topping
  • 1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Optional but recommended.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes in the food processor.
  3. Grease a donut pan or use a silicone mold to ensure easy release.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared mold, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  5. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top before baking.
  6. Place the filled mold in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the bagels cool in the mold for about 10 minutes before removing.
