Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and turkey over the bottom halves, then sprinkle with provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves over the filling, melt garlic herb butter and drizzle it over the tops.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the slaw by mixing lettuce, red onions, and pepperoncini in a bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, yellow mustard, and grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and toss with greens.
- After sliders bake, cool for 5 minutes, top with slaw and serve.
