For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce Any crunchy lettuce can be substituted.

  • ½ cup Pepperoncini Dill pickles can be used for a tangy boost.
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar Apple cider vinegar can be used as well.

  • 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard Dijon mustard is a great substitute.
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Pecorino Romano can be used for added depth.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 casserole dish.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, and turkey over the bottom halves, then sprinkle with provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves over the filling, melt garlic herb butter and drizzle it over the tops.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Prepare the slaw by mixing lettuce, red onions, and pepperoncini in a bowl.
  7. Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, yellow mustard, and grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and toss with greens.
  8. After sliders bake, cool for 5 minutes, top with slaw and serve.
