Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced kielbasa sausage and 1 chopped onion to the pan. Sauté for about 10 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 1 medium chopped cabbage and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix well and cover to cook.
  4. Allow to cook for 25-30 minutes until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove lid and season generously with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped fresh parsley or green onions.
