Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound of sliced kielbasa sausage and 1 chopped onion to the pan. Sauté for about 10 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 1 medium chopped cabbage and 2 tablespoons of butter, mix well and cover to cook.
- Allow to cook for 25-30 minutes until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove lid and season generously with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with chopped fresh parsley or green onions.
