Method
 

Main Steps
  1. Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and banana peppers. Chop the grape tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.
  3. Roughly chop the salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese. Add these to the bowl with the grated Parmesan.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
