  • ½ cup Corn or substitute with diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Red Onion or use green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Relish optional, but recommended
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper adjust according to taste
For the Wrap
  • 2 pieces Wrap/Tortilla whole wheat or gluten-free recommended

Instructions
  1. Prepare Tuna Mixture: Drain canned tuna, then mix with Greek yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, corn, red onion, dill relish, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Warm the Wrap: Microwave the tortilla wrapped in a damp paper towel for 10-20 seconds until pliable.
  3. Assemble the Wrap: Place mozzarella cheese on the tortilla, add the tuna mixture, and spread evenly.
  4. Fold & Roll: Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
  5. Grill the Wrap: Heat a skillet with olive oil, place the wrap seam side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
