Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly under running water and dry them with a towel.
- Pierce each sweet potato 4-5 times with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Optional: Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet or a wire rack set in the baking sheet.
- Bake the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes until the skin is puffed and a fork pierces easily.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and fluff the insides with a fork before serving.
