  • 0.25 cup Milk use dairy or non-dairy based on preference
  • 3 large Ripe Bananas very ripe with brown spots
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour substitute with gluten-free flour for gluten-free option
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda no substitutes
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt use kosher or sea salt
Optional Toppings
  • 1 medium Sliced Bananas for topping
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts for extra crunch

Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease an 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and honey until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until slightly frothy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt to combine.
  5. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle sliced bananas or chopped nuts on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
