Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut in ½ cup of cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, pat it into a 1-inch thick rectangle, and fold into thirds, repeating this process two more times.
