For the Dressing
  • 150 g Mayonnaise substitution: Vegan mayo is great for plant-based options.
  • 150 g Soured Cream substitution: Plain yogurt can lighten the dish while maintaining flavor.
  • 1-2 teaspoons Curry Powder Adjust the amount based on your spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Mango Chutney Feel free to skip it if you prefer a less sweet flavor.
  • ½ unit Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is best for maximum flavor.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Finely shred half a head of white cabbage and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Grate or thinly slice 2 medium carrots and mix them into the bowl with the cabbage.
  3. Finely slice half an onion and cut 100g of celeriac into thin matchsticks. Add to the vegetable mix.
  4. Dice 2 stalks of celery into small pieces, then stir into the bowl of prepared vegetables.
  5. In a separate mixing bowl, combine 150g of mayonnaise and 150g of soured cream, whisking until smooth.
  6. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1 tablespoon of mango chutney, and the juice of half a lemon into the creamy mixture.
  7. Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  8. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
