  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter or olive oil for dairy-free
  • 2 large Eggs
For Topping
  • 2 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Cottage Cheese Bagels
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your food processor. In the processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes.
  3. Grease your donut pan and fill each cavity about three-quarters full with the bagel batter.
  4. Sprinkle the Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top of each filled bagel form.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Let the bagels cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
