Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
- Grease your donut pan thoroughly with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full and smoothing out the tops. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Let the bagels cool for about 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
