Ingredients
  

Bagel Base
  • 1 cup Almond Flour Can substitute with less coconut flour.
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese Can substitute with ricotta or Greek yogurt.
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour Absorbs more liquid; use less than almond flour.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
Topping
  • 2 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Sprinkle on top before baking.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine almond flour, cottage cheese, coconut flour, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, melted butter, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
  3. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
  4. Grease your donut pan thoroughly with cooking spray or melted butter.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full and smoothing out the tops. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Let the bagels cool for about 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
