- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form a thick paste.
- Loosen the skin of the turkey breast and apply half of the herb paste underneath, then spread the remaining paste over the skin.
- Place the turkey breast skin-side up on a wire rack in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest covered with foil for 15 minutes before slicing.
