  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt Sea salt can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be substituted.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onions are an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground pepper is recommended.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to form a thick paste.
  3. Loosen the skin of the turkey breast and apply half of the herb paste underneath, then spread the remaining paste over the skin.
  4. Place the turkey breast skin-side up on a wire rack in a roasting pan.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest covered with foil for 15 minutes before slicing.
