Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by patting the pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
- Melt about 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small bowl. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of minced fresh rosemary and 3-4 cloves of minced garlic, stirring to combine.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and sear the pork chops for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Spoon the melted butter mixture over the pork chops and transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C). Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes after baking. Optionally, garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and allow the pork to rest before slicing for optimal juiciness.
