- Begin by popping 7 cups of popcorn using your preferred method, then place it in a large mixing bowl.
- In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add 50 marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mix in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 scoop of cake batter protein powder (if using). Stir well.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn, folding gently to coat without crushing the popcorn.
- Fold in a handful of Funfetti sprinkles for even distribution throughout the mixture.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish, pressing firmly into an even layer. Allow to set for 30 minutes.
