- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the ripe bananas in half crosswise and then lengthwise to form ghost shapes.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the cut end of each banana slice.
- Freeze the banana slices for at least 1 hour.
- Scoop Greek vanilla yogurt into a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana ghost into the yogurt coating.
- Add mini dark chocolate chips for eyes and mouths immediately after dipping.
- Return the popsicles to the baking sheet and freeze for another hour.
- Serve directly from the freezer.
