Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the ripe bananas in half crosswise and then lengthwise to form ghost shapes.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the cut end of each banana slice.
  4. Freeze the banana slices for at least 1 hour.
  5. Scoop Greek vanilla yogurt into a bowl and stir until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen banana ghost into the yogurt coating.
  7. Add mini dark chocolate chips for eyes and mouths immediately after dipping.
  8. Return the popsicles to the baking sheet and freeze for another hour.
  9. Serve directly from the freezer.
