  2. Mix Ingredients: Fold in your cooked lentils, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper into the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  3. Shape Patties: Form the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter. Place on a plate.
  4. Fry Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each side for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Make Sauce: Blend avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  6. Prepare Glaze: Whisk together mango chutney and lime juice until well blended.
