  4. Lightly flour your working surface and knead the dough gently for about 30 seconds until it holds together.
  5. Shape the dough into a round loaf about 1-½ inches thick and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Score a deep “X” on top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
