  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat, then add onions, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and layer it in the baking dish. Spoon the sausage and veggie mixture over the dough, then add dollops of ricotta cheese and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
