Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In another pot, boil chicken broth, add rice, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Fluff the rice and layer in the baking dish. Top with broccoli and seared chicken.
  5. Mix sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic, and paprika in a bowl. Pour over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the dish to settle.
