- Begin by breaking the white chocolate into small pieces and placing them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals until it’s completely smooth and melted.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal, pretzels, cashews, and M&M’s. Use a spatula to gently fold the dry ingredients together.
- Once your white chocolate is melted, drizzle it evenly over the cereal mixture in the large bowl. Gently fold the ingredients together using your spatula until everything is well-coated with the creamy chocolate.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with wax paper or parchment. Pour the coated cereal mixture onto the prepared sheet, spreading it out evenly to ensure even setting. Allow it to cool at room temperature until hardened, or speed up the process by placing it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
