  3. Slice the Italian bread into half-inch thick pieces and arrange on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each slice.
  5. Lightly sprinkle paprika over the buttered bread slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden-brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each slice.
