For the Matcha Latte
  • 1½ to 2 teaspoons matcha powder use ceremonial-grade for best taste
  • 3 tablespoons hot water heated to about 176°F (80°C)
  • ¾ cup milk choose any type: oat, almond, or dairy
  • 10 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Blend 1 cup of frozen strawberries, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon the strawberry purée into a tall glass, then add 10 ice cubes on top.
  3. Sift 1½ to 2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl and whisk in 3 tablespoons of hot water until frothy.
  4. Slowly pour ¾ cup of milk over the ice cubes in the glass, creating a layered effect.
  5. Drizzle the whisked matcha on top of the milk layer and serve immediately with a straw.
