Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy Boursin cheese, soft cream cheese, minced garlic, and half of your fresh herbs. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice fresh tomatoes in half and arrange them skin side down in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the layer of tomatoes in the baking dish.
  5. Bake the assembled dip for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before sprinkling the remaining fresh herbs on top. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
