- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll it tightly into a log.
