Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Gradually incorporate the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about half an inch thick.
  6. Spread softened butter over the dough, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll it tightly into a log.
  7. Slice the rolled dough into one-inch pieces and place them in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Allow rolls to cool for 10 minutes, then whip up the frosting and drizzle it over the warm rolls.
