- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cast iron skillet with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs to the mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients, mixing on low speed until combined. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Press half of the dough into the bottom of the skillet, leaving a border for the Nutella.
- Add a generous layer of Nutella in the center, then cover with the remaining dough and sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving, ideally warm.
