  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine sliced zucchini, yellow squash, diced tomatoes, and chopped onion in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano, then toss to coat.
  3. Transfer half of the vegetable mixture to the greased baking dish. Layer shredded chicken on top followed by crumbled bacon, then add the remaining vegetable mixture.
  4. Sprinkle sharp cheddar and parmesan cheese evenly over the layered bake.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
