Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Pour honey BBQ sauce over the chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  7. Toss the baked potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce and serve alongside the Honey BBQ Chicken.
