Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon each of butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add halved baby potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, then cook undisturbed for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender.
  2. Add another tablespoon of butter to the skillet and increase heat to medium-high. Add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until a deep golden-brown crust forms.
  3. Reduce the skillet heat to medium-low, then add the remaining butter. Add the freshly minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until soft and fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked steak bites and crispy potatoes back into the skillet. Gently toss everything together for about 1-2 minutes. Finish with freshly chopped parsley.
