- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
- Pour half the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle peanuts, then repeat.
