Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press into the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
  6. Pour half the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle peanuts, then repeat.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the edges are firm but the center jiggles.
  8. Cool in the oven for an hour, then to room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
