- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add your chosen short pasta. Cook according to package instructions for about 10 minutes, or until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, take a medium-sized bowl and add the plain Greek yogurt. Mince the fresh garlic and mix them into the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring until well combined.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, swirling gently. Once melted, sprinkle in paprika and red pepper flakes, letting them sizzle for 1-2 minutes.
- When the pasta is done, carefully drain it. Return the hot pasta to the pot and immediately add the garlic yogurt sauce. Toss gently for 1-2 minutes until well-coated.
- Plate a generous portion of pasta and drizzle the warm spiced butter over the top. Optionally, chop fresh parsley and sprinkle it on.
