  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese For a gooey top.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Fresh basil is a substitute.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth, then stir in Parmesan, garlic powder, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add drained spaghetti to the creamy mixture, and toss gently until coated.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the baking dish, layer half of the creamy spaghetti, then repeat the layers.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese evenly.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
