- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth, then stir in Parmesan, garlic powder, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add drained spaghetti to the creamy mixture, and toss gently until coated.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the baking dish, layer half of the creamy spaghetti, then repeat the layers.
- Top with mozzarella cheese evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
