  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar Sweetens and affects texture.
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract Essential for flavor.
  • 3 large Egg Yolks Optional for custard-like richness.
For the Cookie Crunch

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Ice Cream Maker by chilling the bowl in the freezer for at least 24 hours.

  7. Add crushed cookies in the last 2-3 minutes of churning.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container, press plastic wrap on the surface, and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
  9. Serve in chilled bowls, topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or extra cookie pieces.
