Preparation
  1. Cut the cinnamon swirl bread into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and let them dry for about 15 minutes.

  3. Pour the custard over the prepared bread cubes, fold gently to coat, and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and arrange the soaked bread cubes. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
