- In a mason jar or medium bowl, add rolled oats, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup, along with a dash of almond extract. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Ensure everything is evenly distributed, then cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap to keep fresh overnight.
- Place the sealed jar or bowl in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours, ideally overnight.
- In the morning, remove the oats from the fridge and stir. If too thick, add a splash of almond milk. Sweeten if desired and top with additional sliced almonds and coconut.
