  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Nutmeg adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
For the Streusel Topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • cup Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking pan.
  2. Cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients alternating with sour cream, mix until just combined.
  6. Prepare the peach filling by cooking peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch until thickened.
  7. Layer half of the batter in the pan, add peach filling, and dollop remaining batter on top.
  8. Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
