Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese.
  2. Blend cottage cheese with egg whites, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the crust batter onto the baking sheet and spread to about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Bake for 32-35 minutes until edges are golden and center is firm.
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the baked crust, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and arrange turkey pepperoni.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts, optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for crispy edges.
  8. Let cool for 7-10 minutes, then slice and serve.
