- Drain excess liquid from the cottage cheese.
- Blend cottage cheese with egg whites, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.

- Spread marinara sauce over the baked crust, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and arrange turkey pepperoni.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts, optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for crispy edges.
