Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer or large bowl, whip the egg whites with a splash of white vinegar until stiff peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, cottage cheese, baking powder, salt, whey protein, egg white protein, and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture gently to preserve airiness.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the bread inside for an additional 10 minutes, then let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
