- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, fine semolina, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually incorporate warm water while mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms, about 5-7 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
