Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread uncooked white rice evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the rice, ensuring the grains are fully submerged.
  4. Layer the cooked chicken pieces over the rice and broth mixture.
  5. Distribute the chopped cucumbers, sliced red onion, grape tomatoes, and Kalamata olives evenly over the chicken.
  6. Mix the tzatziki sauce with garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt and pepper in a separate bowl, then spread it evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese generously over the top of the casserole.
  8. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the feta cheese is golden.
