Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the chocolate protein powder, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M candies, and optional sprinkles.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, shaping into 3 large or 6 smaller cookies.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  7. Press candy eyeballs onto warm cookies as soon as they come out of the oven.
