- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M candies, and optional sprinkles.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, shaping into 3 large or 6 smaller cookies.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
