  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Dissolve lime Jello in the water, then add 1 cup of cold water, crushed pineapple, and optional chopped pecans. Mix well and pour into a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours until set.
