- Boil 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Dissolve lime Jello in the water, then add 1 cup of cold water, crushed pineapple, and optional chopped pecans. Mix well and pour into a 9x13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 1.5 to 2 hours until set.
- Combine whipped topping and vanilla yogurt in a bowl, folding them together until smooth. Spread over the set green layer and chill for an hour.
- Boil another cup of water, dissolve cranberry Jello, and add cold water and cranberry sauce. Cool slightly and pour over the creamy layer. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into squares and top each with whipped topping and lime zest if desired. Serve chilled.
