- Chop apples into bite-sized pieces, leave skin on. Heat coconut oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add apples with cinnamon and salt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for baking.
- In a food processor, combine oats, pecans, coconut oil, and honey. Blend until crumbly, adding a splash of water if needed.
- Grease or line a baking dish. Spread sautéed apples at the bottom, then scatter the crumble topping over them. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving with yogurt, milk, or ice cream.
