Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your 12-cup muffin tin by greasing it lightly or lining with cupcake liners.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned; drain excess fat, stir in taco seasoning, and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add black beans and salsa to the skillet; stir and let simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
