Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Cream Puffs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat until boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until a dough forms, then return to low heat for 2-5 minutes.
  4. Cool slightly and beat in eggs one at a time until glossy.
  5. Line a baking sheet, pipe mounds of dough, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Simmer strawberries with sugar for coulis for 5-7 minutes, then blend and chill.
  7. Whip cream with sugar and gelatin until soft peaks form, and fold in strawberry coulis.
  8. Cool choux shells, then fill with strawberry cream and reattach tops.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries before serving.
