Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the popsicles from sticking.
  2. Carefully halve your ripe bananas width-wise and then slice each half lengthwise.
  3. Gently push popsicle sticks into the base of each banana piece.
  4. Place the baking sheet with bananas in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 1 hour.
  5. Retrieve the frozen bananas and dip each piece into creamy Greek vanilla yogurt.
  6. Immediately after dipping in yogurt, use mini dark chocolate chips to create spooky eyes and mouths.
  7. Return the decorated popsicles to the lined baking sheet and place them back into the freezer.
  8. When you're ready to serve, take them straight from the freezer. Let them soften for about 5 minutes if needed.
