  • 1 cup Pistachios Unsalted and shelled
For the Glaze
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup can be substituted

Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Spoon three-quarters of the glaze over the salmon fillets and reserve the rest.
  5. Combine chopped pistachios with the reserved glaze and spoon onto the salmon, pressing down lightly.
  6. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Let the salmon rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
