Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 cup of vanilla protein powder and 2 cups of rolled oats in a mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  2. Add 1 cup of peanut butter and a splash of milk to the dry mixture, mixing until a thick dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups, pressing down firmly to create shape.
  4. Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth, then pour over the pressed mixture.
  5. Chill the cups in the refrigerator or freezer for about 20-30 minutes until set.
  6. Carefully remove the cups from the molds and store in an airtight container.
