- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked pasta, fresh broccoli florets, marinara sauce, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add half of the shredded cheese into the pasta and broccoli mixture and gently fold it in.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and cover it tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. Return the dish to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Cool slightly for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
