  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated cheese, can be omitted.
For Baking
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Or any neutral cooking oil.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut your chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. In the bowl, add cottage cheese, artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
  4. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with olive oil.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the greased pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with fresh herbs or extra Parmesan if desired before serving.
